New for winter 26/27! 12 Egoa suite Aurora cabins and 4 person Panorama apartments!
Egoa Aurora Suite: 12 suites, each cabin has 2 beds. Cabins are brand new for winter 26/27. All suites are located 50 meters from the reception and restaurant and have private toilet and shower. All suites also have unique slanted roof window for viewing the sky from the comfort of your bed. Amenities include free wifi, small fridge, hairdryer and electric kettle.
Panorama apartment for 4 people: 5 apartments with 4 beds in each, good option for a family. Apartments have loft with 2 beds upstairs and a double bed downstairs and large front window overlooking the village. Each apartment has private toilet and shower as well as kitchenette including small fridge, microvawe, electric kettle and free wifi. Apartments are located about 300 meters from the restaurant.
The hotel in Tankavaara Gold Village
Kultaränni hotel superior rooms with 23 twin or double rooms, each with its own toilet, rainfall shower and free wifi. Kultaränni rooms are located near the restaurant and are built in 2019. Breakfast is always included in the Kultaränni room rate.
Sompiotalo Deluxe apartment
One fully renovated apartment for max 5 people. The apartment has a kitchen, toilet and rainfall shower as well as TV, Chromecast and free wifi. Bedroom has one large double bed and a single person sofa bed. The living room has a double sofa bed.
Korundi apartments for 2 or 4
The Korundi apartments have their own bathrooms. We have three apartments for 2 people and five apartments for 4 people with possibility for an extra bed and a mini kitchen. 4 person apartments have two bedrooms, second bedroom is upstairs. Pictures from the Korundi apartments:
Wilderness cabins in Tankavaara for 2 or 4
Wilderness cabins have been built to reflect the simple living of the gold prospectors. The toilets, showers and shared kitchen are located in a separate building close to the cabins (shared kitchen was completely renovated in October 2020). Visitors have the possibility to rent a traditional Finnish Sauna as well. We have four cabins for 4 people and six 2 person cabins.
Tankavaara Gold Village also has a camping area for caravan cars and tents
We have electricity for campers as well as a separate building that has toilets, shower and shared kitchen. Visitors have the possibility to rent a traditional Finnish Sauna as well.
